Herbert P Bennett , CO November 12, 2019 Water at door would not shut off Water in the door would not shut off completely when you pulled the glass from the actuator pad. The old pad was 20 years old and had formed a shape that kept the switch pushed in part way. The new pad corrected this. My refrigerator had clear tubing in the back for water to the ice maker and water to door. I inspected this while working on the other problem and found algae growing in the tube. So I replaced the clear tube with black tubing which will keep the light out Algae(algae needs light to grow).
