I am pretty handy but I rarely try to fix appliances...I usually leave that for the pros. However, after watching the video, I was amazed with how simple the fix was and I decided to buy the part and try it out...the fix took whole few minutes...the longest part was actually taking the water out of the dishwasher (1 cup at the time and then soaking the towel until it was dry). All it was needed was a screwdriver and a pliers - really simple fix!
