I had to remove two screws to swing the front panel down. Found the lid switch held by one screw and three wires. Pulled off the 3 wires and screw, removed switch. Watched repair video on how to test the switch was easy to follow, the switch was bad so I replaced it. To replace just did steps in reverse. Washer working fine again.
