Searched on Google for the error code as the front load washer would always stop mid cycle with an error code. I bought the Whirlpool Duets used. The forums said plain and simple that the water inlet valve only lasts so long and the rubber washers begin to swell and water flow becomes restricted.
In South Florida the water is on the hard side and even the rubber washers in the toilet ballcock need replacing once a year. I found the best price for the valve was at Appliance Parts Pro. Their web site said usually a day and a half or two days to arrive. I didn't believe that statement as their popular competitor always takes 7-10 days to arrive. But, a day and a half later the part arrived. I immediately installed it in 15 minutes and when I started a new wash cycle, you could hear the water filling was very loud. The washer works great and is very fast now. If you have a problem with hard water and error codes indicating not enough water, this is your problem. Thank you Appliance Parts Pro.
