After over-googling the issue I figured out the drain hole getting clogged from freeze up was the problem. I then googled the part # and this site was recommended so I went with it and order the aluminum extended thawing attachment thingy. Pulled all the drawers, shelves and panels out. After receiving the part on time as promised I installed the clip and had everything back in the fridge in 15 minutes. Easy as pie and has been dry for 5 days!!! Great service and product was as described. Thanks a lot. Thought I was going to have to buy a maytag.
