I had a kink in the 1/4 water line. I convinced myself that I had a supply problem, so fixed the line and installed a new water valve while I was at it. After thawing everything with a heat gun, I convinced myself that the ice maker main unit was bad. I bought a new unit and rather easily replaced it. Still nothing. Then I watched one of your videos and suspected the only remaining part of the whole system, the ice level power control board kit. It was pretty expensive at some $225, but by this time I didn't care. Your people sent the part very quickly and the install was ridiculously easy. The ice maker started working immediately. Who knew?
