This is an easy fix. Just remove the back panel, remove the hose clamp to pull out the old hose, put the new hose on, make sure the clamp is well centered onto the connection, and return the back panel. Make sure to insert the drain hose into the three plastic guides that prevent the hose from moving around. The Samsung factory did not do this on my original hose, which is why it failed, because it was rubbing against the tub support and it wore a hole into the hose. I am going to complain to Samsung! Although the repair job is easy, and not too expensive, it's a hassle and I was without the wash machine for a few days, and I was lucky not to have any water damage. And the total time invested is much more than just the repair time, because of identifying the source of the leak, cleaning up the wet floor, disconnecting and reconnecting the lines so I could move the machine, researching the part number and ordering online after trying to find it locally. Thanks Samsung!
