I went on the internet and searched to find out what the problem might be. I found it could be the water valve for the ice maker. I took the panel off the back of the fridge and discovered a leak from the valve. I ordered the part one day and got it the next. I view a video on your web site which explained in detail how to remove the old part and replace the new one. I am an active working 62 year old female and I did the repair myself within 15 minutes.
