The leak turned out to be caused by two different things. My initial evaluation showed the drain pump was leaking water from around the pulley shaft. I ordered/replaced the drain pump first as I thought that was the problem. The new drain pump was much quieter, but I noticed there was still a small amount of water dripping onto the floor during drain cycle. Closer examination showed water running down the back side of drain hose from the siphon break. This leak was not visible when looking at the drain pump and hose from front of washing machine. I had to open the top of washing machine and look in from above. I ordered/installed a new siphon break and that has now fully stopped the water leak.
