I went online to understand if this was a fix I could perform myself. After watching the video I had the "I can't believe I would have paid for this" reaction to the video, ordered the part, and off we went.
Tub to Pump Hose fit well (needed some soap to make it easy to get on), tightened, re-assembled, ran the machine.
