I determined the water was overflowing the vent in the full hose for warm washes (mix of hot and cold water) so it was a volume issue. The rubber aerator had gotten old and was impairing water flow. Thanks to AppliancePartsPros.com. I had the part in a couple days and it was the correct part and easily replaced.
