After watching the great video by Matt, I ordered, then replaced the Water Level Switch in less than 5 minutes. The video was especially helpful, as Matt showed how to turn the old switch to get it out, then put the new one in: this was particularly helpful.
To think that you guys provide these great videos for free, and it makes my job so freakishly easy, is the main reason I buy here. The videos, the feedback from other customers, the ability to return a part--not that I ever needed to--you guys really GET CUSTOMER SERVICE!
