This model I took off the back panel to change it out. I did lean the machine to make it easier. Only 4 screws and pliers for the hose clamp. Put the back panel on and was through.
I ordered the wrong pump first. I went back online and chatted with a representative. He helped me without hesitation. I was shown the right part and ordered. Received my return form. A few days later I checked on my return. Again...I was amazed.. She handled that so fast. I was completely satisfied.
