Dennis H Janesville , WI January 24, 2015 Appliance: Model LAT974AAL The water would not shut off in the rinse cycle i talked to your pro and he told me it was the valve in the water inlet You sent me a replacement valve and in a video showed me how to replace it. It works and by following the instructions it really was an easy fix. If I have any problems with anything else you folks will be the 1st ones I contact.
