Googled the problem and one of the first links was to appliance parts pros. The link took me to a replacement bracket and I watched the DIY video. After watching I took the frig panel off and saw that the bracket was in fact broken. Ordered the part and when it arrived a few days later I swapped it out as instructed in the video.
