My brother referred me to your site. I checked out the parts grid, then scrolled down to a part that had a video. (I didn't even know how to get the face plate off. After watching a video, I was able to get inside and find the problem. The pins that held the sensor switch in place had broken. I checked your site for a price on the part and compared it with other sites. I ended up going with Appliance Parts Pros. They gave me the best price. I ordered the part on Sunday night and it was here Tuesday morning. I went to your site again, played the video, and the replacement of the bracket was effortless. My water dispenser is now working fine.
