-removed retaining clips for top drawer, removed drawer -replacement was simple -removed five screws - removed broken piece - installed new piece -unfortunately also noticed that rack stabilizer clamp was also missing on that side - so had to place another order -recommend examining the entire rack - to make sure no differences between the two sides -- if I had done this - could have order all parts at once - saving second shipment costs and getting it completely repaired in one session
