I online chatted with a rep who was super helpful. He/she also took the order right there and had it shipped. The package arrived a couple of days later. I removed the top rack out of the dishwasher. Removed five (I think) screws with a hex. You may want to pay attention to how the parts come off so you can put back the new part in exactly the same order. Took about 5 minutes.
