Scott A Mason , MI November 04, 2016 The wheel inside the top rack track was broken It took me longer to find my tools to do the job than to replace the actual part. It works very well and I am pleased that I can get some more lift out of the dishwasher now with this simple part. This is the second time over the past year or so that I bought an appliance part from this web page (other part was for replacing a control board on our stove).
