The AppliancePartsPros website helped me identify the part I needed and even gave a very helpful video on how to take out the upper rack to do the replacement. I bought a new rack assembly adjuster and replaced the old one. The only negative on the experience is that on the old part the wheels are removable and had the new one been built that way I could have bought just a wheel for maybe $4 + $4 shipping. Instead I had to buy the whole assembly and the repair cost about $45. The screws on the rack assembly have torx heads and lacking a torx screwdriver I was able to work with them using a hex wrench.
