I had to remove the upper drawer and the bottom drawers. Then removed the glass top from the meat pan frame. Then removed the broken frame by lifting the right side then pulled from the left side. I then placed back the new meat pan frame by placing the left side in first, then able to snap the right side in place. You need to watch how you remove the frame, then you can place back the new frame with ease.
