Removed the cover right below the door and tested thermal fuse, heat sensors, and heating element using a multimeter. Found that the element was broken somewhere. It took a little time to remove the metal housing and pull the element out. Once I did that I was able to look at the coil and find where it was broken. Ordered the new part and it came within a few days. Replaced the broken part and reassembled in about 15 minutes. Dryer was back in operation and functioning properly.
