Figured it was either the heater element or the heat sensors. Tested with a multi-meter and found it was the heater element broken.
The whole thing is exposed after I removed the bottom panel from the front of the dryer (2 screws at the bottom of the panel).
The heater element is on the right side of the dryer. It can be removed by removing a total of 3 screws, 2 electrical wires, then pull the heater element itself straight out.
There are some very helpful YouTube video, watch them to build your confident. Just remember to do it the easy way - from the front of the dryer.
