I was given an error code from the Machine display of F21. I then Googled it to see what the problem may be. The error code said that the drum was unable to drain. I then looked at a YouTube video on how to go about fixing the problem. I emptied the coins from the "catch", but I was still receiving the error code F21. The YouTube video then showed how to replace the Drain Pump Motor. It took less than 5 minutes to remove the old drain pump and motor. I received the new drain pump and motor within 2 business days of payment. I then was able to install the new part in less than 5 minutes!!
