Changed out the shocks. Three on our unit. Was able to change all 3 by accessing front panel only. Channel lock pliers very useful. You can just twist and lock tabs will snap off. Easier than trying to depress both sides of shock attachment at the same time with screwdriver. Unit was on pedestal, and this made front panel removal even easier. Took care of the problem right away.
