Unplug, remove vent hose, turn around to access back, remove top, unhook power cord and ground, remove back panel, remove vertical heat vent, remove connections to thermostats and heater coil, removeheater coil assembly, test coil and thermostats with ohm meter to ensure coil is the problem, remove and replace coil.
