After watching one of your repair video's I found the heated door dispenser worn badly at the bottom of the door causing the outside humidity to enter the freezer allowing ice crystals to form and build up. I ordered the new unheated door which now does not require heat due to the type of material and a few other parts due to being 15 years old and having water stains. It took only 10 minutes to remove the old parts clean and replace with new parts. Refrigerator looks new again and works perfect.
