I looked at many repair video's to fix this problem. One was to check and change the clutch assembly. This was really simple using the video as a guide. The next thing I replaced was the washer drive block. This was a nightmare, I could not remove the inner tube, it was stuck and would not come off. Luckily after soaking with WD-40 after a couple of tries it came off but, each try was about two hours each time. Replacing these parts did not fix my problem. I had to replace the drive motor to fix the problem.
