First I would like to thank the lady in the sales dept. For her thorough knowledge and professionalism. She was really helpful in helping me trouble shoot the problem. I also want to thank the company for getting me the condenser motor part shipped quickly. It was a holiday week and my refrigerator could have gone out at anytime. You saved my Turkey lol. After watching a fee videos and checking to make sure I had the exact same part; which is another plus; I didn't have to send it back for being the wrong part. I disassembled the back of my refrigerator etc. And I replaced the condenser motor. There is no more strange sounds coming from the refrigerator and I'm proud to say I did it on my own saving a few bucks! Thank you A.P.P.
