How to replace Washer Water Pump. I watched after replacing the control board because on your video he said if it was not finishing the cycles it could be the control board. So I replaced that but it still stopped. I watched and noticed it showing a F-21 code. Looking in to this several things pointed to the pump. I called and talked to one of your customer service people, her name was Dixie, and she was very helpful. She also felt it was the pump. So I replaced the pump, and it went very easy.
