Ordered the drain pump and received it with a damaged base. However the old base was reused.
The front of the washer must be removed to gain access. While waiting on the pump, I removed and cleaned the drain sieve. Items can pass through the front face seal and lodge there. Once the new drain pump was installed and reassembled the washer runs fine.
