We went through the troubleshoot process as directed in our dishwasher's instruction manual by using a volt meter to first test the fill valve, then the float switch, followed by the door switch and lastly the control board. We came to the conclusion that our dishwasher needed a new control board. We ordered the control board from appliancepartspros.com and received the item in 4 days. We replaced the control board, hooked everything back up and our dishwasher ran great again.
