Jerry S Janesville , WI May 30, 2015 My eight year old ge profile would not change settings and would not drain I ordered and installed the keypad (I found the Technical Service Guide on line). After calibrating to the control module all the buttons worked! I could hear the drain pump running but it still would not drain! I cleaned the sump. No help. I checked the sump again and found a small piece of plastic film blocking the check valve on the bottom side of the sump. Removed it and it now drains properly.
