Ordered late on a Friday, item arrived on Tuesday. Since this is my second time to have the filter head replaced (1st time was a $350 repair bill from service repairman), so I knew how to do it. Took all of 30 minutes to change and have water flowing once again from dispenser. For those who want to do this, there are some good youtube examples to look at. Also on youtube is a quick temporary fix for the main issue this unit has. GE/Samsung should step up on the design of these things to alleviate the main problem. Denis C Hilton , NY July 22, 2019 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator PFSS6PKWBSS Water flow to ice maker and door dispenser at a trickle Replaced refrigerator filter with the bypass plug. Water still at a trickle so the filter was not the problem. Turned water off, disconnected water line at the top of the water valve, tested flow. Still a trickle. So the water filter head was not letting full water flow through it anymore. Replaced the water filter head, now the water flows over 2 times as fast as before. Like a new refrigerator. Ice cubes are now back to their normal large size. Took about 1/2 hour. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the cover on the water filter head. Used a mirror laying on the refrigerator shelf so I could see how to unhook the cover from the filter hear.
