Description

This water filter manifold and tubing assembly fits refrigerators that use the XWF-style filter. It holds and seals the filter cartridge and routes water to the dispenser and icemaker for correct flow and leak-free operation. What it does:

• Mounts and seals the XWF filter cartridge
• Routes water through the filter to the dispenser and ice maker
• Replaces a cracked, clogged, or leaking filter head/manifold
• Typical symptoms: leaks at the filter connection, weak/no water dispensing, reduced ice production, filter won't seat or stay in

What's included:

• One manifold/head with attached inlet and outlet tubing

Install notes:

• Unplug the refrigerator and shut off the water supply
• Dispense water to relieve pressure; place a towel or pan to catch residual water
• Release quick-connect fittings; note tube routing and transfer any mounting hardware from the old assembly
• Restore water and power, check all connections for leaks, and flush several cups of water to purge air
