This is a replacement wheel for a walk-behind mower and works for any wheel (front or rear). The wheel helps with steering, control, and overall lawn mower function, and it is important to have all four of them on the machine. This wheel is plastic.Over time and because of wear and tear, a wheel can break or wear down. This is also dependent on frequency of use. For equipment used maybe once a week, replacing a wheel may never be a concern or a one-time repair. For machines used more frequently, it may need replacing more often. Also, the terrain and storage are factors influencing the replacement of wheels. Replacing a wheel is simple and requires only a socket set. First, unbolt the old wheels by loosening the bolt in the center of the wheel. Then, install the new wheel and re-install the bolt in the center. And tighten the bolt. This repair should take approximately fifteen minutes. This is a genuine OEM replacement wheel. This part works with limited MTD and Craftsman models. This part is sold separately.
This replacement part is a washer. This is a genuine replacement part made by MTD. Washers are small but very important in many types of machinery. This part usually works together with screws and nuts to ensure that certain pieces are held in place. This allows the overall machine to work properly. A new washer might be needed if the current one is missing or damaged in any way. This can include being dented, bent, or cracked. Due to the nature of the washers, it is no uncommon for them to need to be replaced after friction wears them down. This repair should be fairly simple and only require common household tools. This part is a genuine OEM replacement part to ensure proper fit. This washer is sold individually and is sourced directly from the manufacturer.
This switch box assembly is an authentic OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is used on lawnmowers and lawn tractors to power the unit off and on. This switch controls the electrical power supplied to the machines. If the switch box assembly fails, the mower will not start, and the assembly will need to be removed and replaced. Wear safety gloves when working on lawnmowers. Remove the existing switch box from the lawnmower handle using a Torx screwdriver. Set the screws aside to use with the new switch box. Disconnect the entire switch box from the handle and remove it from the mower. Install the new switch box and make all the necessary connections. Secure the new switch box using the screws from the original box. This switch box is sold individually. It does not come with screws for securing it to the mower; reuse the screws from the old part or order new ones. This switch box is designed for use in lawnmowers and lawn tractors manufactured by MTD, Troy-Bilt, and Husqvarna.
