Description

The chainsaw carburetor mixes air and gas before this mixture makes its way to the engine. If this is not working correctly, the engine receives a less efficient gas supply or no gas supply at all. If your chainsaw has a full tank of gas but will not start or stops just after starting, the carburetor may need to be replaced. While carburetors can be cleaned to get them working again, they often need to be replaced if they have become too clogged. Depending on what you can reuse from your old carburetor, you may need to order new gaskets as well to ensure an airtight seal. A screwdriver, a nut driver, and a socket wrench set may be needed to complete this repair. This chainsaw carburetor is sold individually from other parts, but it does include the primer bulb.
