Removed 10 Star Screws to get the door cover off and the fascia panel snapped off. Inserted the 6 buttons and the door handle into the facia panel prior to snapping it in place. Screwed the door cover back in place and the job was done. The facia has two tabs that need to be inserted into the door. Be careful not to crack them as they seem fragile. 1) Unscrewed the metal pieces behind the switch panel. You'll notice 3 screws. Afterwards, I realized that I just needed to remove the screws to the left and right of the switch box. The box then slides out.
