Plastic Rivet (Push-Type Fastener)

This push-type plastic rivet is a small fastening clip that secures trim, panels and lightweight components on appliances. It replaces worn or broken rivets to restore a snug fit and reduce rattles or loose trim. What it does:

  • Secures interior or exterior trim, panels and access covers
  • Holds wiring harnesses or insulation in place where a low-profile fastener is required
  • Replaces missing or damaged rivets that cause loose panels or vibration noise
  • Simple push-in design creates a firm hold without screws or adhesives
What's included: One plastic push rivet Install notes:
  • Disconnect power to the appliance before working on panels or wiring
  • Push the rivet stem into the hole until it snaps; remove by prying out the center pin or using pliers
  • Use the same style and size rivet as the original to ensure proper fit and retention
  • Protect surrounding surfaces from tools and work deliberately to avoid damage
