Replaced fan. The one in the replacement kit was not identical, and neither the how-to video nor the instructions that came with the fan were much help, but an adapter plate that came in the kit made it work. The new overload/relay kit corrected the problem. The Panduit/zip-ties supplied in the replacement kit didn't fit where the illustration showed in the directions but smaller zip-ties connected together did fit and held the relay against the compressor just fine and the sealant had good squeeze-out.
