This fan motor mounting bushing is used in refrigerator fan motor assemblies to prevent vibrations between the fan motor and the surrounding components. Over time, the rubber on the bushing may become cracked or broken and fall off. Remove the screws holding the motor in place and remove the motor. Take the old bushing off and install the new bushing. Replace the panel.
