Unscrewed the front lower panel ( 2 screws ). Disconnected the pump hose clamp and removed the hose. I loosened the lower back panel and pulled out the drained hose from the rear. Replaced with new hose put back clamp and panels. Very easy

Replaced defrost heater,thermostat and timer. Also replaced run capacitor just because it was not expensive and did not know how old it was. This is a 22 year old white-westinghouse model frig but compressor and freon seem ok, so did not want to buy a new one yet. Hardest part was taking my time to disassemble everything as the on line videos are all for newer models. Everything seems to be working good now but time will tell. I may change out the temperature controller and fan motor in a month...

After making sure it was compatible, I ordered a new drawer. The front, clear panel (that has deli fresh written on it) was removable from the old drawer and fit nicely into the new one! Voila my problem was remedied! Probably the most difficult part was finding the model number placement on my fridge to make sure the pan was compatible before I ordered.
