Saw repair for similar micro oven, JVM1350AW002, on u-tube with same prob. Removed inside frame around glass with kitchen butter knife. Had to be very careful with knife to ensure didn't brake frame. Put handle on outside and fastened two screws onto handle. Replaced frame.

Follow the trio ubshooting flow chart inside of the microwave panel - and read articles on this website. Turned out to be a thermostat that had popped and gone bad. Replace the thermostat and it is good to go.

The microwave vent cover at the top of the appliance in a rental was saturated with years of grease. Just touching it, grease dripped out. Removed it to clean and a plastic tab and screw hole channel broke, preventing it from being put back on. The replacement part was simple to install. 2 screws.

I have one of those combo units with the microwave on top and the oven on the bottom.
The thermometer switch located on the upper right side mounted on top of the magnetron read open on a continuity test. Replaced the thermal fuse. Everything works fine now.

I had to remove the microwave from the range and then remove the cover from the microwave to determine the exact problem. After a visual inspection then discharging the high voltage capacitor, I used a meter to test the high voltage diode and fuses. After using the meter to ohm out the magnetron, I removed it from the unit, and seeing that the hole in the end of the magnetron's tube was enlarged and burnt, as if it was arcing, I assumed it was the bad part.
