This air duct seal creates a tight barrier between the dryer's lint housing and cabinet. Replacing a worn seal helps prevent air leaks, maintain proper airflow through the lint filter, and restore consistent drying performance.
- Seals the air duct/lint housing to the front panel to direct airflow through the lint screen and drum
- Helps maintain dryer efficiency and temperature control by preventing bypass air leaks
- Common symptoms of a failed seal include longer dry times, weak exhaust airflow, excess lint inside the cabinet, or lint around the door opening
- Replaces a deteriorated or missing seal to restore the intended air path
What's included: 1 air duct seal Install notes:
- Disconnect power; shut off gas supply for gas models
- Access the air duct by removing the lint screen and top/front panels as needed
- Remove the old seal and any residue; clean mating surfaces before installing the new seal
- Seat the duct evenly against the panel when reassembling to ensure a uniform seal

Grinding noise coming from stack unit dryer Daniel B. • Hughesville , PA • August 22, 2023
Old, unused stack set. Washer was great, dryer was grinding. Started with the mounting bracket/bearing and the belt. The old ones were slightly beatup. Put it back together and the problem persisted. Found the real problem when I pulled apart the blower to get to the motor. The fan had broken fins that had jammed in the side of the blower housing, and the friction had melted through the outer wall of the fan. Got the blower housing from APP, got the fan from a competitors for $30 less. When it...

The blower housing seal is a perimeter gasket that closes the gap between the blower housing and the adjoining duct or bulkhead. It keeps airflow contained for efficient operation and helps prevent air leaks and debris from escaping.
- Seals the blower housing joint to minimize air leakage
- Helps maintain proper airflow for consistent performance
- Reduces dust/debris escape into the cabinet or surrounding area
- Replaces torn, brittle, flattened, or missing seals that can cause weak air output or rattling
What's included: One blower housing seal. Install notes:
- Disconnect power; turn off gas supply before servicing.
- Access the blower housing; note the original routing/orientation of the seal.
- Remove the old seal and clean mating surfaces of lint and residue.
- Seat the new seal evenly with no gaps or twists; reassemble and verify airflow.

Part Number: 131437500
This mechanical cycle timer controls the sequence and duration of wash, rinse and spin functions in compatible top-load washing machines, restoring proper cycle advancement and timing. What it does:
- Advances the washer through timed cycles so selected wash, rinse and spin functions run in the correct order.
- Routes power to the washer's motor and valves at the right points in the cycle.
- Commonly replaces timers that cause machines to get stuck on one cycle, fail to advance, or not complete a cycle.
- Works with the machine's existing control knobs and wiring harness to restore automatic cycle sequencing.
What's included: One washer timer assembly. Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the washer before beginning any service to avoid electrical shock.
- Service typically requires access behind the console or control panel; remove panels carefully and keep fasteners organized.
- Note and photograph wiring connections before removal; reconnect wires to the same terminals.

Washer timer failure Robert O. • Paducah , KY • May 27, 2016
Replaced the washer timer. I have been able to coax a bit more life out of these timers by using electrical cleaner and/or emery paper. Cleaning is only borrowing time though. I have replaced this same part three times now, but over a (roughly) 12 year period of time and nearly daily use. Not very difficult. I would rather keep fixing this older unit than pay a service tech big dollars to repair a newer unit. (Typical experiences of friends and family members.) I also clean and store the old...

- Commonly replaced when the bumper is cracked, flattened, or missing
What's included:
Install notes:
- Install by removing the old bumper and pushing the new bumper into the mounting hole or recess; hand tools may be helpful
- Ensure the appliance is powered off and disconnected before servicing
