I took the pump apart to exam, checked drain hose and sink drain first, everything looked OK. After studying the problem for a while I decided it had to be in the filter, ordered a new filter and it took about 10 minutes to replace. After getting the new filter I realized that there was a check ball rattling inside the new one that my old filter did not have anymore, the real cause for the pump not to drain. P.S. This baffle seal replaces the worn or damaged seal on the refrigerator door baffle to help maintain an even internal temperature and reduce drafts. It restores the baffle's edge seal to help limit frost and energy loss. What it does:
