I looked up what the meant and found it was a code for a faulty control panel.
I confirmed this with different internet sources and after feeling confident I ordered a replacement part. It arrived in two days, I replaced the part in less than 10 minutes.
Dishwasher is running fine now. I saved a lot of money doing the research and fixing the problem myself.
