I discovered the required part on your website (a black front-panel) and ordered it on line. I was shocked when it was delivered by FedEx in only two days after ordering !! After watching an on-line video showing how to replace the front panel of the dishwasher, I put together the right tools (only needed a Torx #T15 star-shaped bit screwdriver) and -- with my wife's help to hold the panel tight to the door -- had the job done in about 10 minutes total. To eliminate ordering parts that are working, I went to hardware store to get a multimeter to test and confirmed the continuity of the themal fuse and the door switches are working. Saw another reviewer post a similar problem and I went with the solution by replacing the panel-ctl. Ordered the part, replaced it after receiving the delivery package, turned the breaker back on, ran a test cycle, et voila, it works as new.

I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value. Reattached both hoses. It leaked a little bit, so I had to put plumbing tape and really make it tight. Then the leaked stopped.

We scoured the web and there are few references to this so I want to add it in case it helps.
Replacing hinges solved the popping opening issue.
We could not solve our dishwasher door issue after a number of other tries: Latch, Catch, Ropes that attach to the springs that pull the door closed.
I tend to believe the solve could be different b/c all these things work together. But for us, we were skeptical that the hinge swap would work and we were very pleasantly surprised.
