Ordered a new door from Appliance Pros at a cheaper rate than Sears. Looked at schematic and watched a few YouTube videos on Microwave door repair. Removed the old door and installed the new one.

Kenmore micro hood door & handle were cracked in several places Joseph G. • Wappingers Falls , NY • November 01, 2014
Gently pried black plastic off door interior. Revealed screws for handle, removed them and spring latch. Door easily lifts off hinge pins. Gently pried off interior glass/mesh component. Removed exterior glass. Discarded white plastic face. Replaced exterior glass (careful - tight) replaced interior glass and mesh, handle, spring latch and black plastic snaps back on. Slid door back on hinge pins. done in about 10 minutes, door looks like new.
