Pat September 11, 2016 for Model Number WFM3200UC/01 My washer will sometimes collect water in the tub when not in use. I have good water pressure. Is there a manual that would help in disassembling to help change out the valve? Please advise me of the proper part number. The serial number is 85408008266304930. Thank you
1 Answer Hello Pat, Unplug the unit from the wall outlet before beginning the repair. You will need to remove the main top by removing the screws from the top rear of the unit and sliding the top rearward and lifting up. This will allow access to the water inlet valve 00422244. Read More...
Chuck February 16, 2016 for Model Number Bosch WFMC6401UC/03 Washer only runs cold water no matter what temp. is selected?
1 Answer Chuck, You will want to make sure that the unit has hot water getting to it and check the water valve for the hot water side to ensure that it is getting voltage when it is set to hot. If it is not then you will want to test the control board to ensure that there is power from the control board going to the water valve. Read More...
Aeo June 22, 2015 for Model Number Bosch My washer doesn't always spin on the wash cycle or any cycle. Sometimes it doesn't spin on the spin cycle. What could be the issue? I sometimes take out clothes to spin my clothes. When I am having this issue, I take out mostly all the clothes and only leave in 2 to 3 articles of clothing and it will work. Sometimes, it doesn't wash either...could this be a panel/electric problem?
1 Answer Hello AEO. Make sure the unit is draining good. If so, it sounds like the control board may be bad and need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...

John May 20, 2014 for Model Number Bosch washer wfmc4300uc/01 Softener dispenser cup does not empty but bleach cup does. I do not see any water being added to the softener cup. Do they have seperate inlet valves. Problem just started. Any suggestions?
1 Answer John, You will want to check the dual water valve to make sure that it is working properly. When the unit calls for water for the fabric softener you will need to check to see if there is power getting to the valve. If there is power then the valve would be the issue if no power then the control board would most likely be the issue. Read More...
