Diane January 24, 2024 for Model Number EW30ES65GSD Well got the door open and tested the wires we are not getting power to relay board.and still have F15 and E15.synchronization signal is missing.the oven relay board .having trouble with getting part number 7136516630 and where it goes .i think I should get all 3 parts 316442120 &. 316576610. & 7136516630 just worried I will need another board which drive up the price even more.any help would be appreciated thank you Diane
1 Answer Diane, as the relay board is not receiving correct voltage, the most likely cause would be the thermostat 318004902 or the user control 316576610. The thermostat can be tested for continuity to identify if it has failed as it should have continuity at room temperature. The oven relay control 316443916 would be the least likely cause of failure. Gail October 27, 2022 for Model Number EI30ES55JSD Getting an F10 code which I know means runaway temperature. It is getting too hot. What parts do you think I need?
1 Answer Gail, A runaway temperature will be caused by a stuck relay on the control board which will need to be replaced. Read More...
Bruno October 18, 2021 for Model Number EW30EF65GSH Error Code E-15 comes-up irregularly. What could cause this error?
1 Answer Bruno, the error E15 is going to be a communication loss between the user interface board 316576641 and the ESEC control 316576410. The wire connections would need to be inspected for a loose connection or a broken wire. If the wire checks good, the most likely failure would be the ESEC control. Read More...
Dan December 03, 2020 for Model Number 790.44373001 All elements on my stovetop has stopped heating up. The timer and controls (LED) for each element still work but again, no heat. I see no burn marks or loose wires throughout the unit and control board. There seem to be two control boards, would you happen to know which board could be causing this issue? Thank you!
1 Answer Dan, it would be recommended that the voltage supply is tested with a meter to ensure that the cooktop is receiving 240 Volts AC. If it is receiving proper voltage, then it would be likely that the relay control 316442120 has failed. Read More...
Ray October 16, 2020 for Model Number EW30EF65GSF The right front burner on the cooktop of this stove doesn't turn off. I've disconnected the black wire so we could use the other burners. The wires look in pretty good condition. Do you think it could be an issue with the burner itself? I looked at all the connections and they look in good shape--no burn marks, no loose wires, etc. Most stove tops have an infinite switch that could be swapped out. But, this one is electronic. What would I have to change if I wanted to replace the "switch" on this one? It has 3 or 4 different boards on the back control panel. Thanks for your help!! Ray
1 Answer You will want to test the surface unit control board for a stuck relay. The right front burner connections are P1 for the inner ring and P4 for the outer ring. The relay is likely to be the cause of the issue. If so, you will need to replace this control with the part number 316442120. Read More...
